Jonah Tran, a seasoned performer who took the stage at the age of 18, has been immersed in a musical obsession since childhood, picking up the guitar at the tender age of 9. Influenced initially by iconic acts like The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Van Halen, and Led Zeppelin, Jonah's current musical palette leans heavily towards funk, R&B, singer-songwriters, and groove bands such as Ripe, Allen Stone, Juice, Chris Stapleton, John Mayer, and Maroon 5.
As an acoustic singer/songwriter with influences ranging from R&B to pop and roots, Jonah thrives on the connection with his audience, transforming good nights into great ones and forging connections with people from all over. Jonah has made a livelihood through music for most of his adult life, playing seven nights a week at various venues like bars, breweries, country clubs, and restaurants.
Jonah's style has been described as unique, characterized by its smooth, seductive, relaxing, and magical qualities. Taking a bold step, Jonah quit his day job at the age of 24 to pursue music full time, with ambitions that include recording and releasing an album, delving deeper into original compositions, playing at festivals, securing opening slots, and embarking on touring adventures.
