Lis Bockelman
Lis is a New York-based singer-songwriter and pianist with roots in the musical town of Galena, Illinois. Raised on bluegrass and classic rock, her artistic journey began at 11 as an Irish dancer, performing weekly until she was 16. A natural dreamer, she pursued her passion by studying Music Business in Chicago, graduating in 2020, and further honing her skills at Berklee College of Music during the pandemic.
With experience performing at Howl at the Moon venues, Norwegian Cruise ships, and events across the East Coast, Lis brings soulful, unique arrangements to each performance, drawing inspiration from artists like Carole King, Lauryn Hill, and Amy Winehouse. A lover of music and comedy, she thrives on connecting with audiences and spreading joy through her craft.
